Your emails never train our AI. We operate a Multi-Model approach, routing data through a curated selection of enterprise-tier models. All models we use are contractually prohibited from training on your data. We do not use your parsed outputs or raw email bodies to fine-tune our own systems. Your data is processed for extraction only, then discarded according to your retention limits.
ParseHook operates in compliance with GDPR. Our backend infrastructure for processing and storing email data is hosted on secure VPS servers located in Germany. While global ancillary services like DNS, edge routing, or payment processors may operate internationally, your actual parsed email content resides exclusively in our EU-based database.
We do not store raw email bodies permanently. ParseHook processes the email, extracts the JSON payload, and retains the data according to your plan's retention period (7 days for Free/Pro, 30 days for Business/Enterprise). You can manually delete any parsed data or inbox from your dashboard at any time.
All data in transit is secured using TLS 1.3 encryption. Data at rest in our PostgreSQL database is secured with AES-256 encryption. Authentication is handled via JWT tokens combined with Row Level Security (RLS), ensuring a customer can never access another customer's inboxes or parsed data.
Every webhook payload dispatched by ParseHook is signed using HMAC-SHA256. The signature is sent in the X-ParseHook-Signature header. You must verify this signature on your server using your unique signing secret to confirm the payload was genuinely sent by ParseHook and not tampered with.
