QUESTIONS:

What counts as one email?
Each email received and parsed by ParseHook counts as one email toward your monthly limit. Webhook delivery retries do not count.
What happens when I hit my limit?
On Free, additional emails are not processed. On Pro and Business plans, additional emails are billed at $0.03 per email up to your hard limit cap (3,000 for Pro, 15,000 for Business). You receive warning notifications at eighty percent usage and can activate a hard cap inside settings to stop parsing automatically without generating extra costs.
What is the hard limit cap?
The hard limit cap is the absolute maximum number of emails that can be processed in a billing cycle, including overages. It prevents unexpected costs. Once the cap is reached, parsing stops until the next cycle.
Do you offer an accuracy guarantee?
Yes. If ParseHook’s AI engine consistently fails to achieve at least 99% field-level accuracy across your parsed standard-format emails over a calendar month, you can claim a full refund of your Pro plan for that month. See Refund Policy for details.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan is free forever. No credit card required. You can upgrade to a paid tier at any time.
Are these prices net or gross?
All listed pricing is net. Depending on your country of residence, applicable value-added tax (VAT) might be added during checkout. European businesses with valid VAT ID and non-EU customers will not be charged any VAT.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing dashboard in one click. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes. Annual billing saves you over thirty percent. Pro is $13/month (billed $156/year). Business is $67/month (billed $804/year).
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If ParseHook doesn’t work for your technical setup, contact us within 14 days of your first paid plan start (or upgrade to a higher plan) for a full refund of the most recent payment.
